13. User Indemnity Clause

Users agree to defend, indemnify, and protect Equinox Bondlund and associated entities against claims, liabilities, and expenses stemming from Service misuse or Agreement violations.

14. Account Suspension Rights

We maintain discretionary authority to restrict or revoke Service access immediately, with or without prior notification, including but not limited to instances of Agreement breach.

15. Conflict Resolution Mechanism

Disagreements arising from this Agreement will be addressed through mandatory arbitration per established arbitration protocols. Class action participation rights are hereby waived.

16. Legal Jurisdiction

This Agreement is interpreted under the legal framework of Equinox Bondlund's operational jurisdiction, excluding conflict of law doctrines.

17. Agreement Modifications

We retain authority to amend this Agreement periodically. Significant modifications will be communicated via electronic mail or Service notifications. Ongoing Service use following amendments indicates acceptance.
